Your personal data

Aircobrabant BV processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.
Below is an overview of the personal data, which we process:

• Name details
• Address and usual contact details
• Email address
• Date of birth and possibly place of birth
• Phone number
• Other personal data that you actively provide by telephone and/or in writing.
• Bank account number

Special and/or sensitive personal data

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us and we will delete this information.

Purpose of processing

Aircobrabant BV processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Handling a payment (creditor, debtor, etc.)
• Sending our newsletter and/or advertising leaflet
• Calling or e-mailing you if necessary to carry out our services
• Aircobrabant BV also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

Automated decision-making

Aircobrabant BV does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals.

However, Google Analytics is used.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google. Inc. The cookies (as described in paragraph 8 of this statement) provide insight into visitor numbers and visits to pages and topics. This way, Aircobrabant.nl can better tailor its communication/information on website to the needs of visitors. Aircobrabant.nl cannot see who (which PC) visits its website. Google, as provider of the service, can. Retention period personal data

In principle, Aircobrabant BV retains personal data no longer than strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which the data are collected. Almost without exception, the legal, especially fiscal, retention periods are longer than the aforementioned retention periods. Consequently, Aircobrabant BV will comply with the statutory retention periods.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Aircobrabant BV does not sell your data to third parties and will only and exclusively provide them to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf (HR platform, ERP system, payroll processing) to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Aircobrabant BV remains responsible for this processing.

Cookies or similar techniques

Aircobrabant BV uses only technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and, for example, remember your preferences. They also allow us to optimise our website. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser to no longer store cookies. You can also delete any information previously stored via your browser settings. 

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Aircobrabant BV, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold on you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.

You may send a request to access, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request the withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to: info@aircobrabant.nl

To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN).

When using the app "KopieID " from the central government, this is easy to process on your smartphone. Both for iOS and Android devices can be found in the app store. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Security of your data

Aircobrabant BV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
