In the attic of this house, it was not possible to install a wall-mounted model due to the sloping roofs. Here, a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries floor model was installed with a cooling capacity of 3.5 kW.
This floor model is suitable for both cooling and heating the attic. Thanks to an additional air outlet at the bottom of this floor model, the user experiences extra comfort during heating. As warm air rises, we prefer to blow it low into the room.
This installation is controlled by an infrared remote control with various timer options.
Thanks to the maximum pipe length of 15 metres, it was possible to place the outdoor unit in the back garden. This is located on a bracket on the side of the shed, which is not in anyone's way and is out of direct sight.
